volunteer

The new NJACFootball website will be looking for volunteers for the 2009 season. Similar to SCILFball.com, the site will be a great site when volunteers provide content to the site. In no way is this a commitment at this time, but if you fill out the required information, we will keep in touch and if you decide to not do it, you are in no way obligated to stay on board. We ask that you let us know so we do not keep emailing you.

Needs:

1) Score Updaters: We will be able to supply updated scores while the games are in progress. A qualified person would be someone who has texting on their cell phone and who is at 90% of their school's football games. You will need to be able to text 2 to 4 times a game. If you have online capabilities during the game (either by computer or phone), we will be attempting to allow you to update the scores yourself as the game progresses (this is why we will ask about online capabilities).

2) Photographers: Students, parents, and fans will be able to submit photos of all games. For someone who wants to gain exposure will be able to place photos online and have their copyright / email address on the bottom of each picture. If a person wants to buy your picture, we will refer them to you and you will be able to sell and keep all profits from the pictures.

3) Article Writers: Those interested in gaining exposure by reporting on games and stories from within your school's team will have dedicated space on SCILFball.com. The articles can be used for samples / portfolios. You will have your own space if you write regularly.

4) Stat Keeper: People of Stat Keeper status will be able to add and update stats for their school. This can be a parent, fan, or student. Stat keepers can use official stats kept during the game or newspaper stats.
